Abbreviations

The following abbreviations or acronyms may be used without explanation; others should be defined at first use in the text.

Drug Names

Generic names should, in general, be used. If an author so desires, brand names may be inserted in parentheses.

Page charges

The Journal publishes a paper free of charge.
