The Japanese Society of Internal Medicine promotes the progress and disseminate of the knowledge of Internal Medicine through the presentation of papers on theoretical studies of internal medicine and its practical applications, exchange of medical knowledge, encouragement of continuing medical education for members, enhancement of mutual coordination and cooperation of members and also related domestic and foreign societies.
Through the promotion of these activities, the society aims to contribute to the development of medical sciences.
